Job summary

PointBank is hiring a Loan Operations Processor to ensure loans are processed accurately from start to finish. You will handle consumer and commercial loans, coordination with lenders, and documentation review in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented with strong communication and customer service instincts. Banking or loan operations experience is a plus, and opportunities for growth and development are offered across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Processing, closing, funding, and servicing consumer and commercial loans.
• Preparing loan documentation and booking loans.

• Coordinating with lenders and internal departments.
• Processing renewals, modifications, and construction draws.
• Managing collateral, titles, UCC filings, and insurance tracking.
• Reconciliing accounts and processing loan payoffs.
• Solving problems and delivering exceptional service to both customers and teammates.
