Responsibilities

• Process Construction Draws and FBO Account Draws, collecting W-9 information, 1099 reporting, producing lien waivers, coordination with construction inspectors for inspections.
• Process Insurance Payouts from Escrow Accounts, update loan files with new insurance, and update Note Ticklers.
• Monitor and balance multiple General Ledger Accounts.
• Prepare Payoff Quotes.
• Review Transaction Exceptions and Note Exceptions.
• Review Coupon Orders.
• Prepare Adverse Actions and Loan Monitoring.
• Balance Private Mortgage Insurance (MGIC) monthly and send annual notices.
• Review Appraisals and Certified Market Analyses.
• Prepare Morning Reports.
• Customer Service - Answer Phones and Direct Walk-in Customers.
• Notary Public.
• Filing.
• Reconvenances.

JOB TITLE: Loan Operations Processor
REPORTS TO: Head of the Real Estate Department
DEPARTMENT: Lending

Purpose:

Provide support to lending staff by processing construction draws and insurance payouts. Responsible for balancing multiple general ledger accounts. Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries.

Essential Duties:

• Process Construction Draws and FBO Account Draws, collecting W-9 information, 1099 Reporting, producing lien waivers and coordinates with construction inspectors for inspections.
• Process Insurance Payouts from Escrow Accounts, updates loan files with new insurance and Updates Note Ticklers
• Monitors and Balance multiple General Ledger Accounts
• Prepares Payoff Quotes
• Reviews Transaction Exceptions and Note Exceptions
• Reviews Coupon Orders
• Prepares Adverse ActionsLoan Monitoring
• Balance Private Mortgage Insurance (MGIC) Monthly and Send Annual Notices

Computer Skills/Equipment Used:

• General office equipment (computer, printer, fax, copy machine), scanner, adding machine, calculator.
