** Loan Operations:**

Provides administrative and operational support as needed to multiple lending functions in accordance with established systems and procedures. Ensures schedules and deadlines are met. Responsible for processing routine loans. Establishes and maintains loan records and files and submits to loan officer for review. May prepare and compile documents for loan closings. Assists lending officers in gathering information and documentation. Requires contact with customers both in person and on the telephone. Responsible for reviewing assigned loans for quality, risk, accuracy, and compliance with applicable regulations. Verify documentation for completion and accuracy. Documents and communicates findings as appropriate. Under close supervision, processes paperwork necessary for payment of fees. May prepare routine letters to customers. Answers telephone and talks with customers who have routine inquiries regarding payoffs, change of ownership, note modifications, and other details of existing loans. Training is available on all functions listed and you may not be required to perform every function.
