Job summary

First Community Credit Union is seeking a Business Associate to support Agricultural and Commercial Loan Officers in processing loans from origination through closing. You will gather and maintain loan documents, manage files, generate reports, and ensure compliance while delivering excellent member service.

You will interact with internal staff, title companies, and vendors to resolve issues promptly, maintain file accuracy, and support a seamless lending experience for our members.

Qualifications

• Administrative and clerical duties supporting loan officers.
• Strong customer service and accurate data entry.
• Proficient with office systems and documentation.
• Ability to communicate clearly with members and partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Agricultural and Commercial Loan Officers.
• Gather, prepare and maintain loan documentation and files.
• Generate reports and manage loan file status and correspondence.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain good member relations from origination through closing.
