Job summary

First Community Credit Union is seeking a Business Associate to support Agricultural and Commercial Loan Officers in processing loan documentation from origination through closing. The role emphasizes accurate file maintenance and exceptional member service.

You will gather and prepare loan documents, manage files, and communicate with internal staff and external partners to ensure timely loan closings while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong administrative and clerical skills.
• Excellent customer service.
• Good typing and data entry skills.
• Ability to operate a computer, telephone and other office equipment.
• Competitive team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to communicate, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented in a fast-paced member service environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to Agricultural and Commercial Loan Officers.
• Prepare and maintain loan documentation and files through closing.
• Generate reports and maintain good member relations from origination to closing.
• Ensure loan documents are accurate and compliant with policies.
• Follow up on file status, invoices, and title policies.
• Respond to member inquiries in person or by phone or email.
• Maintain the member relationship management system with accurate records.
