Job summary

You will supervise staff, manage workflow, support audits, and drive process improvements while using LOS and core banking systems to track performance and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of banking experience with a focus in loan operations.
• 2+ years of leadership/management experience.
• Strong knowledge of loan processes and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach loan operations staff to ensure effectiveness.
• Manage daily workflow, staffing and workload distribution.
• Monitor pipeline activity, exceptions and backlog to meet SLAs.
• Serve as a point of contact for operational inquiries and issue resolution.
• Maintain proper loan documentation and procedures; support audits.
• Identify workflow improvements and support system updates.
• Collaborate with lenders and credit teams to ensure smooth loan execution.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
