Ixonia Bank offers a paid onsite internship for Summer 2027 starting on or after May 3, 2027. The role focuses on loan processing, document filing, and customer inquiries, with opportunities to work with Business Online Banking.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years in banking/loan experience. Strong organizational and communication skills are required; familiarity with Word, Excel, Outlook, and loan systems is a plus.

• 1–2 years banking and/or loan experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and verbal/written communication.
• Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook and loan systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Type and process new loans and renewals.
• File recorded documents and insurance information.
• Participation Loans – sending/receiving payments and loan advances.
• Review loan documents and loans posted to loan system.
• Balance of daily GL loan accounts; review and mail loan notifications.
• Close out paid loan files.
• Assist with Business Online Banking setup and customer inquiries.
