Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare loan closing packages and schedule closing dates; communicate with attorneys.
• Disburse loan proceeds upon receipt of executed documents; issue checks or wire funds.
• Process loan payoffs and ensure accurate entries; coordinate with inspectors/appraisers on disbursement.
• Handle invoices and fees; assist clients when loan officer unavailable; respond to inquiries.
• Maintain compliance and documentation in credit and real estate files; perform other duties as assigned.
