Job summary

Responsibilities

• Review new loan input for accuracy in the core system.
• Process loan documentation and tickets to create/maintain loans.
• Post loan payments, payoffs, extensions, and ACH setups.
• Update rate controls and maintain loan records.
• Review files for completeness and compliance; support imaging system checks.
• Assist customers and bank staff by answering calls and preparing correspondence.
