PointBank is searching for an experienced Loan Operations Real Estate Construction Processor to join our team in Pilot Point, Texas.

What You'll Do

• Process residential and commercial real estate and construction loans
• Coordinate construction draws, inspections and fund disbursements
• Review loan files, closing documents and approvals for accuracy
• Track project budgets, lien waivers, title updates and insurance
• Prepare renewals, extensions, modifications, payoffs and lien releases
• Perform escrow analysis and processing tax and insurance payments
• Monitor collateral, documentation exceptions and delinquent property taxes
• Work with loan officers, borrowers, contractors, inspectors and third parties
• Support regulatory compliance and maintaining accurate loan records
