We have an exciting opportunity for a Loan Operations Analyst to support a longstanding organization, remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile bank loan positions between Simcorp Dimension (our IBOR), WSO (our OMS), and US Bank (our custodian/trustee).
• Book transactions in Simcorp Dimension, including restructures and asset transfers.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Collaborate with various departments to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
• Provide support for audits and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in bank loan operations and reconciliations.
• Proficiency with Simcorp Dimension and WSO preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Excel Skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with US Bank operations.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
