Description

Kroll Agency & Trustee Services (FKA Lucid Agency and Trustee Services Ltd) was launched in 2017 and provides independent, conflict-free, third-party loan agency, security agency and bond trustee services. Servicing the bond and loan markets, Kroll has developed its strong reputation by providing proactive and bespoke services to its clients. We currently manage over 900 loan and bond transactions.

Responsibilities

As an Operations Analyst, you will be heavily involved in the day-to-day operational functions of all transactions, including:

• Inputting and setting up new transactions in Loan IQ in accordance with facility agreements and Kroll’s procedures.
• Verifying lender and borrower admin forms and entering them into Loan IQ.
• Entering loan party information, lender and borrower SSIs into Connexis and Access.
• Recording transactions in Kroll’s diary system and updating Debt Domain platform.
• Collecting lender tax forms, uploading to KBC platform, and delivering to tax vendors.
• Handling utilization requests, issuing demand notices, notifying banks of drawdowns, and monitoring receipt of funds.
• Reconciliation of client accounts, rate fixing, interest calculations, and preparing notices and payment files.
• Monitoring upcoming activity dates, following up on missing funds, and processing borrower notices of repayment/prepayment.
• Calculating and issuing notices for principal, interest, fees, and prepayments, and reconciling accounts upon payment receipt.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in Corporate Loan Agency is essential.
