The Loan Operations Administrator is responsible for performing duties related to loan operations servicing, specializing in processing complex loan transactions, preparation of specialized billings on direct/agented loans, and reviewing various system generated reports to ensure proper monitoring.
Processes loan transactions, including complex increases, roll-overs, pay-downs, commitment reductions, etc.
Preparation/review of loan documents and form in relation to servicing activities.
Preparation of interest and fee billings on specialized agency facility loans and commitments
Process interest, commitment fees, and investigate discrepancies when necessary.
Preparation of GL entries as required.
Review various system generated reports to ensure proper monitoring of the facilities.
