Job summary

MBA Mortgage Corp. in Braintree, MA seeks new or motivated Loan Officers to join their Inside Origination Team. You will originate self-generated loans, manage your own pipeline, and participate in a structured training program with senior mentorship to grow your career.

The role offers a base salary plus tiered commissions, paid licensing and continuing education, full health benefits, PTO, and a clear path to promotion to Senior Loan Officer with remote flexibility after proven performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Loan Officer, LOA, or Loan Processor.
• MLO License required unless entering the training program.
• Strong work ethic, accountability, and coachability.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
• Ability to commute or relocate to Braintree, MA 02184.

Responsibilities

• Originate self-generated loans and close company-generated loans with care and precision.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend availability
• Paid Training: Yes
• Remote Work: Not available until promotion to Senior Loan Officer
• Proof of business activity over the last 2 years may be required
