Qualifications

• 1+ year in phone, retail, hospitality, fitness, insurance, auto, or related sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent; no mortgage experience required.

Responsibilities

• Talk to homeowners and homebuyers about their goals and needs.
• Learn to qualify borrowers and structure a loan that fits.
• Gather documentation and move files forward with the processing team.
• Work with in-house processing to ensure timely closings.
• Receive daily coaching with live call reviews and script work.
