Qualifications

• Previous mortgage or financial services experience preferred.

• Familiarity with mortgage documents, underwriting conditions, and lending guidelines is a plus.
• Experience with loan origination software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Loan Officers throughout the loan origination process.
• Collect, review, and organize borrower documentation.
• Communicate with borrowers, lenders, and real estate agents.
• Assist in managing pipelines, disclosures, and follow-up communication.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, compliance, and professionalism.
