Job summary

TMV Global Inc seeks an experienced Inside Sales Loan Officer to manage consumer-direct mortgage inquiries and guide borrowers through the home loan process. The role requires mortgage origination experience, call center sales, and a proven ability to convert leads into funded loans.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, assess borrower needs, recommend suitable solutions, and oversee applications through closing while ensuring compliance and outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of inside-sales or loan originations experience.
• Active NMLS license required; multiple state licenses are an advantage.
• Consumer-direct mortgage and call center sales experience.
• Experience handling residential mortgage purchase and refinance transactions.
• Familiarity with LOS, preferably Encompass.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple leads, prioritize follow-ups, and meet sales targets.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Must Have

Minimum 2 years of inside-sales experience.

Existing NMLS licensing.

Consumer Direct mortgage experience.

Experience working within a call-center operating model.

Minimum monthly production of $1 million.

Nice to Have

Multi-state licensing is an advantage.
