PRMI is actively seeking a seasoned Mortgage Loan Officer in Detroit, MI to continue originating purchases and refinances while building and guiding a small team. You’ll leverage your existing referral network with processing and underwriting support provided by PRMI.

Qualifications

• Have about 3 years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record.
• Are an active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS). You hold a Principal Lending license, or can get one where your state requires it.
• Have a strong referral network of real estate agents and builders.
• Are a player-coach, senior LO or team lead ready for your own branch.

Responsibilities

• Keep originating purchase and refinance loans through your referral network.
• Recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, a few hours a week and not all day.
• Lead the branch's culture and performance, and grow the branch's P&L.
