Job summary

Coldwell Banker Premier is seeking an administrative loan officer with a dynamic personality to join our team. You will create disclosures, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include e-signing disclosures, reviewing documents, learning lender portals, running AUS, ordering title work, and managing loan pipelines to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years loan officer experience or industry equivalent.
• NMLS registration is required.
• Ability to read, write and communicate at a professional level and generate independent leads.
• Familiarity with standard loan products and underwriting guidelines.

• Follow up with clients to e-sign disclosures within mandated timelines.
• Review applications and documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Learn lenders and navigate their broker portals; run AUS and reviews for findings.
• Order title documents, credit supplements, verification of employment, and conduct follow-ups.
• Maintain communication with borrowers throughout processing and assist the team with questions.
• Submit loan files within stated turn times and maintain loan pipelines and deadlines.
• Meet or exceed minimum production requirements and stay informed on regulatory changes.

• Create loan disclosures for distribution to clients. Making sure that state specific guidelines are met, and all required fields are completed including all third-party information prior to approval.
• Follow up with clients e-sign all disclosures within compliance mandatory turn times.
• Reviews returned applications and documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Learn the ins and outs of various lenders we work with and how to navigate their broker portal.
• Runs AUS and reviews for findings and required documentation.
• Order title documents, credit supplements, verification of employment, etc. Conducts regular follow-ups with clients and referral sources.
• Maintains regular communication with borrowers throughout the processing period, assisting the processing team with answering the borrower’s questions and notifying them of any additional information required.
• Submits loan file allowing for stated turn times.
• Maintains pipeline of all loans in process, tracks their progress, and meets all contractual deadlines.
• Meets or exceeds minimum production requirements.
• Keep informed of trends and developments in the local real estate market and competitive environment, as well as changes in rules and regulations pertaining to both private and government-insured mortgages.
• Maintain a professional image and standards consistent with company policies and procedures.
• Reports to Branch Manager.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years loan officer experience, or industry equivalent
• NMLS registration is required.
• Proven ability to read, write and communicate at a level consistent with the requirements of this position and to generate independent leads for new business and professionally communicate with existing and past clients.
• Working knowledge of standard loan products in the industry and strong familiarity with underwriting guidelines.
• Software competence with Microsoft Office prod. And Google Office prod. Experience with ARIVE LOS software a plus.
• High school or equivalent (Preferred).
• Fair Housing regulations: 1 year (Preferred).
• Sales: 1 year (Preferred).
• Loan origination: 1 year (Required).

Job Type: Full-time – Monday - Friday

Compensation: $33,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
