Boone County Bank is seeking a motivated Loan Officer to build and maintain customer relationships, evaluate loan requests, and guide customers through the lending process. The ideal candidate is collaborative, customer-focused, and eager to grow expertise across lending areas.

You will develop relationships within the community, interview applicants, and originate and process loans in line with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Position Summary

Boone County Bank is seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Loan Officer to join our growing team. This individual will build and maintain customer relationships, evaluate loan requests, and provide exceptional service throughout the lending process. Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, agriculture, or related field preferred, but not required
