West Capital Lending, Inc. is seeking a Loan Officer to help clients secure financing that fits their needs. You will guide clients through the loan process, evaluate financial information, and offer tailored loan solutions while ensuring regulatory compliance.

This role combines sales, service, and strategy with the support of an in-house manager and processing team to drive timely approvals and a smooth client experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Loan Officer or similar role in financial services.
• Current Loan Officer license (NMLS)

Responsibilities

• Assess loan applications by reviewing credit reports, financial documents, and client goals.
• Recommend appropriate loan products based on client eligibility and financial situation.
• Guide clients through the entire loan process, ensuring a smooth and informed experience.
• Verify documentation and ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and support teams to drive timely approvals.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of lending guidelines, market conditions, and regulations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and referral business.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.

Requirements
