Job summary

North Carolina SECU is seeking a detail-oriented team member to prepare Loan Administration documents for imaging, ensuring accurate processing and secure handling of records in the imaging pipeline.

You will scan documents for the Loan Administration area, assist Real Estate Collateral Servicing with filing and organizing collateral jackets in the real estate collateral vault, and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must have accurate typing skills and the ability to concentrate on required duties.
• Must be service oriented and have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Independent work ethic and good organizational skills.
• Must complete required SECU continuing education courses.
• Must demonstrate accuracy, consistency, and the ability to meet work deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Loan Administration documents for imaging.
• Accurately scan documents for Loan Administration to the imaging system.
• Assist Real Estate Collateral Servicing with filing, maintaining, and organizing collateral jackets within the real estate collateral vault.
• Other duties as assigned.
