Job summary

SECU is seeking a detail-oriented professional in North Carolina to manage the reception and review of electronic loan documents and to book and distribute consumer loan funds originated by the Lending Contact Center.

The role also supports LCC lenders with check distribution, disbursement issues, and document handling using Margo Teller and OnBase, requiring accuracy and timely communication.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to enter data accurately and efficiently.
• Knowledge of credit union lending policies preferred.
• Familiarity with Margo Teller and OnBase platforms.

Responsibilities

• Book consumer loans completed by the Lending Contact Center and disburse funds to member accounts.
• Cut and mail physical checks for loan proceeds as directed by the originating lender.
• Upload eSigned member documents to OnBase.
• Scan and upload ink-signed documents to OnBase.
• Print and mail physical loan documents as requested by LCC Lenders.
• Answer phone calls and assist lenders via the Lending Contact Center Support queue.
