Job summary

You will process image retrieval requests, scan documents, and arrange shipment of loan folders to support timely disbursement and audit readiness.

Responsibilities include tracking folders, coordinating with servicers, and ensuring confidentiality and regulatory compliance in daily tasks at the Buffalo site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process imaged document retrieval requests for business partners and external customers using bank and vendor systems.
• Scan and image documents.
• Package and send loan folders and/or documents via external postal delivery.
• Box, ship, retrieve and track folders/documents to/from storage warehouse.
• Contact prior servicers or sellers for loan documentation as needed.
• Receive and process incoming/outgoing loan folders/documents timely and accurately.
• Transport requested loan folders/documents to/from onsite business partners.
• Track and query incoming/outgoing folders/documents via electronic or manual methods.
• Provide loan folder/document support for loan acquisitions and transfers.
