Job summary

Regent Bank is seeking a Loan Documentation Specialist II to join our team in Tulsa. The role performs advanced document creation and pre- and post-documentation tasks for both consumer and commercial loans, serving as a resource for documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of loan documentation experience, an associate or bachelor's degree preferred, and strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review complex commercial and consumer loan documents.
• Conduct pre-documentation reviews to ensure credit approval alignment.
• Coordinate document corrections and re-execution as needed.
• Post-documentation quality control and trailing document follow-up.
• Ensure documentation complies with bank policy and regulatory requirements.
• Support audits, exams, and internal reviews related to loan documentation.
• Provide guidance and support to Loan Documentation Specialist I staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review complex commercial and consumer loan documents
• Conduct detailed pre-documentation reviews to ensure credit approval alignment
• Coordinate document corrections and re-execution as needed
• Performspost-documentation quality control and trailing document follow-up
• Ensure documentationcomplies withbank policy and regulatory requirements
• Support audits, exams, and internal reviews related to loan documentation
• Provide guidance and support to Loan Documentation Specialist I staff

Education And/Or Experience:

• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of loan documentation or loan operations experience
• Working knowledge of commercial and consumer loan documentation requirements

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to remain seated for extended periods while working at a computer workstation

• Ability to lift and carry files or office materials weighing up to 25 pounds
