Qualifications

• 3–5 years of loan documentation or loan operations experience.
• Working knowledge of commercial and consumer loan documentation requirements.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review complex commercial and consumer loan documents.
• Conduct pre-documentation reviews to ensure credit approval alignment.
• Coordinate document corrections and re-execution as needed.
• Post-documentation quality control and trailing document follow-up.
• Ensure documentation complies with bank policy and regulatory requirements.
• Support audits, exams, and internal reviews related to loan documentation.
• Provide guidance and support to Loan Documentation Specialist I staff.
