Responsibilities

• Ensures loan documentation and lien perfection meet bank policies and are delivered accurately and timely.
• Reviews documentation, performs due diligence and collateral perfection for a market segment.
• Ensures documentation reflects accurate transactional information and minimizes rework.
• Reviews loan approvals and documents to ensure consistency with requirements.
• Designs filing and organizational processes to support financial booking and initial loan funding.
• Collaborates with Client Managers, Credit Officers, Agency Management, counsel, and internal teams to ensure smooth transaction execution.
