Busey Bank in Creve Coeur, MO is seeking a Life Equity Lending Documentation Specialist to prepare consumer and commercial loan documents in line with approvals, bank policy, and regulatory requirements.

You will review submissions, collaborate with Loan Coordinators and Relationship Managers, ensure proper lien positions and collateral coverage, and maintain LaserPro proficiency while meeting service levels.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Consumer and Commercial Loan Documentation parameters.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements for consumer and commercial loans.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare loan documents in accordance with loan approvals and pricing.
• Review deal submissions to determine required documents for closing.
• Collaborate with Loan Coordinator and Relationship/Portfolio Manager on deal structure.
• Ensure documents adhere to bank policies and regulations.
• Demonstrate LaserPro and core banking system proficiency.
• Meet service level standards and performance metrics.
