• Ability to process unsecured, CD, Savings, Titled, and Real estate secured loans in a timely manner
• Ability to obtain, order, and analyze all documentation with confidentiality
• Strong communication and client service skills with bankers, loan officers, and attorneys

Responsibilities

• Process a variety of loan types efficiently and accurately
• Obtain, order, and analyze loan documentation while handling confidential data
• Review closing information to ensure loan structure aligns with approvals
• Comply with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Work independently or with the team, prioritizing and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain daily status updates and correspondence with bankers and attorneys
