Bankeasy in Edina, MN is seeking a Business Banking Specialist to provide administrative support to the loan process and assist Business/Commercial Bankers. You will prepare loan documentation, coordinate with title and insurance companies, and ensure files comply with policies.

This role supports loan origination and ongoing file maintenance. The position offers an hourly wage with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental and vision plans, 401(k)/ESOP, paid time off and flexible work

Qualifications

• Associate degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or the equivalent.
• Experience with lending administration and documentation is preferred.
• Knowledge of banking concepts and loan policy/guidelines.
• Ability to interact with customers, bankers, and professionals.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist with loan and credit underwriting documentation including title work and appraisals.
• Prepare loan documentation using loan operating software and verify all details.
• Coordinate with title and insurance companies and resolve inquiries.
• Serve as a liaison between bankers and internal departments throughout loan progress.
• Follow procedures from application to origination for business banking products.
• Assist with advances, wire requests, lien releases, and transfers as needed.
• Monitor loan files for complete documentation and assist in underwriting packages.
• Monitor current and paid loan files for maintenance and payoff notices.
• Participate in compliance training and team meetings.
