Talentoma is seeking a Loan Documentation Specialist to join our fully remote Ohio team. In this role you will assemble and validate loan packages, ensuring completeness for underwriting decisions and smooth lending workflows.

You will review applications, disclosures, income documents, and collateral files, maintain electronic loan records, log missing items, and coordinate requests with loan officers and underwriters.

Qualifications

• Experience with loan files, financial records, or controlled document workflows.
• Familiarity with applications, disclosures, income documents, and verification steps.
• Ability to identify missing, conflicting, or outdated file information.
• Comfort with document-management systems, spreadsheets, and secure file-sharing tools.
• Clear written follow-up for document requests and file notes.
• Ability to manage active files against turnaround targets.
• Fully remote work arrangement for Ohio-based employees.
• Structured onboarding for lending workflows and systems.
• Regular collaboration with experienced lending operations partners.
