Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing new loans (consumer, commercial, agricultural, and real estate) per policy.
• Directly assist branch loan officers to input loan requests into processing software.
• Collaborate with branch staff to complete real estate liens and flood insurance paperwork.
• Review imaged documents to verify liens and cross-collateralization; check entity status.
• Assist with loan modification requests from branch personnel.
• Coordinate notifications for denied loans and related reporting.
• Provide loan file maintenance for new loans.
• Handle additional duties or special projects; comply with BSA/AML and bank policies.
