First National Bank of Oklahoma in Oklahoma City seeks an experienced Credit Admin/Loan Processor to support loan documentation for commercial, consumer, and real estate lending. You will prepare packages, index documents, and coordinate with title and escrow for closing.

The role requires TRID understanding, accurate data gathering, and the ability to work with multiple files in a fast-paced environment. A High School diploma and 3+ years in loan docs are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of experience in loan documentation.
• Understanding of TRID requirements.
• Ability to read and evaluate complex loan documents.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Prepare commercial, consumer, and real estate loan documents.
• Coordinate with title/esrow for closings.
• Ensure packages are complete and ready for funding.
• Book and fund loans accurately and timely.
• Scan and index loan documents to imaging system.
