Job summary

WEOKIE Federal Credit Union in Oklahoma City is seeking a Commercial Loan Processor & Servicer to manage operational details of processing, closing, funding, and servicing commercial loans in coordination with commercial lenders.

This role requires high attention to accuracy, compliance, and timely communication with members, lenders, and third-party providers to ensure efficient loan closings and proper documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with post-secondary coursework in English, secretarial studies or business.
• Ability to learn and apply office software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Office experience, clerical preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Understanding of loan processing; commercial lending experience preferred.
• Experience in a financial institution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist commercial lenders in managing the closing process for new, renewed, and modified loans to meet closing dates and policy requirements.
• Review closed loans for compliance and ensure correct lien positions and electronic document storage.
• Coordinate with third-party service providers to facilitate closings and meet turnaround standards.
• Provide service to members and WEOKIE partners via email, phone, and in person.
• Perform general office duties: mail distribution, purchasing, invoices, and correspondence.
