Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone or electronically and align with Bank SMILE program.
• Meet accuracy, timeliness, and correctness standards.
• Review loans for correct documentation and tracking (HMDA, insurance, security, etc.).
• Update tracking system and record variations to loan files and policy.
• Pull and review reports for monitoring policy and regulatory requirements.
• Make accurate loan, general ledger, and account ticket entries.
• Accurately scan documents into image system.
• Loan application balancing.
• Resolve payment issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
