Job summary

BOK Financial in Denver is seeking a Compliance/Loan Documentation Analyst to assess commitments for new, renewed and amended credit transactions. You will determine the required documentation to establish a legally binding contract, secure a perfected lien, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

You will coordinate with lending staff, review closing documents, and maintain accurate tracking in the collateral management system while building vendor relationships to keep loans

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business with 2–3 years of related experience in Commercial Lending, Collateral or Loan Operations.
• Experience reviewing loan documentation and ensuring compliance with policies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze loan worksheets for proposed new loan transactions, determine all necessary documentation required for each transaction and establish a comprehensive closing checklist.
• Ensure proper approval of loans and adherence to policies; enters all follow-ups and exceptions into the tracking system with appropriate tickler dates through our Collateral Management System.
• Prepare or audit complex loans, ensuring proper notes, security agreements, loan agreements, mortgages, disclosures, resolutions, etc., as required for execution at loan closing.
• Establish solid working relationships with vendors and internal departments to keep loans moving in a timely manner and resolve any outstanding issues.
• Keep vendors accountable by deadline, place orders, and manage reporting, while sending reminders if overdue.
