Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business and 2–3 years of related experience in Commercial Lending, Collateral or Loan Operations.
• Experience analyzing commitments and documenting loan transactions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze loan worksheets to identify all required documentation and create a closing checklist.
• Ensure proper loan approvals and policy adherence; log follow‑ups and exceptions in the Collateral Management System.
• Prepare or audit complex loans with notes, security agreements, mortgages, disclosures and resolutions for closing.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal teams to keep loans moving on schedule.
