Job summary

Responsibilities

• Load new loans and renewals to the bank's host computer system.
• Clear in-process accounts.
• Clear un-posted items.
• Clear pass-thru accounts.
• Process participation payments and advances.
• Process bankruptcy payments & paperwork.
• Review loan file maintenance for accuracy.
• Support loan officers/assistants in researching loan problems.
• Answer phone requests and inquiries promptly & professionally.
• Complete required BSA/AML and other compliance training.
• Maintain alertness and safety in daily work.
• Perform other related duties as required.
