Job summary

Centennial Bank is seeking a Loan Documentation Preparation Specialist II for the Conway, AR area. The role focuses on prescreening and preparing loan documentation to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance, including CIP checks and pre-closing verifications.

You will work with lending staff, review documentation, and prepare files for onBase upload, while adhering to service levels in a production environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic accounting or numeric data entry.
• Ability to read and understand policy manuals and write routine reports.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Prescreens and prepares documentation for consumer non-real estate, HELOC, and commercial loan requests.
• Reviews CIP information for borrowers and guarantors on each loan.
• Completes CIP checklist in onBase and uploads documentation to onBase.
• Performs OFAC checks on borrowers and related parties as applicable.
• Responds to requests from lending staff promptly and professionally.
• Reviews prepared loan documents for accuracy before release to lenders.
