Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a detail-oriented loan data entry professional in Plano, TX to verify and process loan inputs for Commercial and Real Estate lending. You will ensure accurate data across documentation, notices, and system updates, while maintaining compliance with bank policies.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and a proactive, customer-service oriented approach. Monday–Friday, standard business hours with 40-hour workweek.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma, GED or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• Knowledge: Banking experience and general loan operations experience preferred.
• Experience: Relevant experience in loan data entry and processing is valued.

Responsibilities

• Verify accuracy of data input for loan account creation to loan documentation.
• Verify accuracy of system maintenance to source documentation.
• Verify accuracy of system generated notices affecting rate and payment.
• Assist other associates and respond to inquiries from other departments.
• Review and interpret loan documentation to ensure proper boarding for reporting.
