First State Community Bank in Hillsboro, MO is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Coordinator who thrives on organization and customer service. You will partner with lenders and customers to guide loans from application to closing while delivering an exceptional experience at every step.

You will support Commercial, Consumer, Agricultural, and Real Estate lending, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely progress through the loan lifecycle.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree and/or relevant experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key partner to lenders and customers to guide loans from application to closing.
