Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and solicit customers entering the office or calling by phone.
• Process payments, verifications and loan documentation; record information.
• Approve loans within lending limits and complete closings.
• Handle collection-related account activity and phone/face-to-face communications.
• Prepare reports and maintain transaction documentation; operate branch cash drawer.
• Actively market branch products and services to individuals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
