Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years consumer finance or related experience.
• Cash handling, computer skills, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word.

Responsabilités

• Greet, assist and solicit customers in office and over the phone; process verifications, payments, and loan decisions; approve loans within limits; handle account activities.
• Prepare reports, correspondences, transaction documentation, and file documentation; operate cash drawer, process deposits, and balance records.
• Actively market branch products and services to customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
