Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field is required.
• 0–2 years mortgage funding, loan processing, post‑closing, or related experience preferred.
• Ability to learn mortgage documents, DSCR loan structures, and closing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Verify loan files and documents for accuracy and completeness before funding.
• Prepare closing documents and coordinate with third parties to balance settlements.
• Review signed loan documents for accuracy and release closing funds.
• Collaborate with Treasury to confirm funds sources and timing.
