Job summary

Esquire Bank is seeking a Lender Admin Associate in Rosemont, IL to coordinate loan support functions and maintain open communication among loan officers, customers, and closing agents.

The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and experience in loan operations. Hybrid work with one remote day per week after a 90-day probationary period, salary range $65,000–$80,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years in Loan Operations, Commercial/Real Estate Banking loan workflow and documentation preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) required.
• Jack Henry Silverlake knowledge preferred but not required.
• LaserPro and attorney documentation knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between loan officers, customers, branch staff, title companies, and insurers.
• Oversee loan officer pipeline schedules and deadlines.
• Assist with processing loan payments, advances, and wire transfers related to closings; resolve issues.
