Pomona College in Claremont, CA is seeking an assistant to support the loan area. You will process loans, perform data entry, and prepare reports for management.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work as part of a team under deadlines. Prior banking or bookkeeping experience is preferred.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent experience in banking.
• Previous experience with computer software and bookkeeping preferred.

• Establishes, maintains, and revises filing and record keeping articles, records, and other documents.
• Assists with customers in reference to loan questions or account questions.
• Assists with bill paying and GL entries.
• Exception tracking.
• Processes payments.
• Communicate effectively in-person and otherwise with all coworkers and customers, both during regular business hours and before and after regular business hours, if necessary.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Job Summary
