Job summary

Dominion Financial Services seeks a detail-oriented Loan Administrator to maintain accurate loan records, process payoffs, generate notices, and support data integrity across our loan portfolios for real estate investors.

You will work in a structured, compliance-focused environment using Salesforce and Microsoft Office, collaborating with teammates to deliver exceptional service and help scale growth. Experience with loan servicing and strong analytical skills are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in loan servicing, loan documentation, or a related financial role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or other loan servicing software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure complete and accurate loan records in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Process loan payoffs efficiently and issue necessary documentation for borrower requests.
• Generate and distribute recurring notices across all product lines, including billing statements and maturity notices.
• Prepare and verify loan documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Perform precise data entry in Salesforce, updating loan details and maintaining data integrity.
• Provide clear, professional customer service by addressing loan-related inquiries and resolving issues.
• Conduct regular audits of loan files to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Reconcile payments and process financial transactions with a high level of accuracy.

• Familiarity with general ledger balancing and common banking transactions.
• Experience with Salesforce or other loan servicing software is a plus.
