Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience working directly with the public is preferred.
• Complete and pass all required training courses as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assist potential borrowers with initial loan applications and verify applications for accuracy.
• Obtain borrowers' credit reports from major bureaus.
• Facilitate information flow between customers and loan officers.
• Prepare documentation necessary to fund and secure loans.
• Ensure loan files comply with bank and regulatory requirements.
• Perform clerical duties including typing, filing and forms completion.
