Qualifications

• Must have experience with accounting/financial systems.
• Proficient with office equipment, records management and file classification.
• Knowledge of property, crop and flood insurance documentation.
• Strong professional, oral and written correspondence skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist office staff with routine loan administration and servicing duties.
• Maintain electronic files and records with accuracy.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for office maintenance as needed.
• Perform data entry from standard documents with minimal oversight.
• Sort, deliver mail and manage office supply inventory.
