Job summary

Capital Farm Credit, the largest rural lending cooperative in Texas, seeks an entry level Loan Administration Assistant to handle basic loan administration, loan accounting, content management, credit support, and other office tasks. You will process loan applications, enter data into origination systems, and coordinate closings while supporting customer inquiries.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or associate’s degree and at least two years of related experience in loan

• Basic accounting/financial systems knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Professional, oral, and written communication principles.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and answer inquiries; facilitate internal communications.
• Process loan applications and review for accuracy and completeness.
• Enter loan data into origination systems and gather credit information.
• Coordinate loan closings and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist with credit servicing actions and monitor loan covenants as needed.
